The event needed to convey the magnitude of the announcement while showcasing the partnership between two major airlines. The catch? The event had to take place in a working aircraft hangar, along with the heightened security requirements needed at this venue. With a demanding timeline and a complicated venue, LSAV POWERHOUSE was tasked with pulling off an extraordinary experience under challenging conditions.
The event concept United presented to us was simple but ambitious: two airplanes, a large stage, and three video screens set against the natural sky to create an immersive experience. The sketch for this vision was literally drawn on a napkin. Despite the simplicity of the initial idea, LSAV POWERHOUSE’s team of experts went to work, managing every aspect of the event from start to finish. This involved all our specialized teams—production and meeting planning, creative design, media development, event logistics, AV technology, and onsite execution.
