In 2023, Prophet brought in LSAV POWERHOUSE and set out to create a transformative experience for its top leaders during its multi-day Leadership Forum for Colgate-Palmolive. The goal was to inspire over 250 senior executives, align them with the company’s 2025 vision, and reinforce its new values and leadership principles through immersive, emotionally resonant experiences. With high expectations, a packed agenda, and multiple venues—including the VEA Newport Beach Marriott and Disney Parks—Colgate needed an experienced production partner who could bring the event to life from every angle.
Colgate turned to LSAV POWERHOUSE to conceptualize and execute this vision across a variety of environments and formats. The ask included everything from scenic production and immersive design to end-to-end AV, media, and technical support—all while managing a tight timeline, high-level stakeholders, and complex logistics.
LSAV POWERHOUSE provided comprehensive production services that supported the full scope of Colgate-Palmolive’s Leadership Forum. This included creative direction, technical production, scenic support, AV management, and onsite execution for sessions held over several days across multiple spaces.
For the event’s kickoff, LSAV designed and implemented an immersive tunnel experience, where attendees were enveloped in a sensory journey showcasing Colgate’s past, present, and future. This high-impact introduction led into a plenary session supported by a custom sizzle video, keynote visuals, and a dynamic values presentation enhanced with storytelling, video montages, and surprise gifts.
Throughout the forum, LSAV delivered tailored production solutions for breakout rooms, mainstage plenaries, interactive panels, museum-style installations, and even a “Values in the Wild” scavenger hunt at Disney. Scenic installations such as custom vinyl backdrops and branded tablecloths contributed to the visual cohesion of the event, while technical equipment—including large HD monitors, video packages, and rigging—ensured every message landed with impact.
In parallel, LSAV handled logistics for tight load-in/load-out windows, coordinated TSA-cleared crew and shipping for secure venues, and provided meticulous show calling and crew oversight to keep each session running smoothly. Over the course of the program, LSAV supported more than 20 distinct sessions and delivered high-touch engagement zones like the “Colgate Commitment Booth” and branded “Big Leaps Journal” activations.
