Zurich American Insurance Company partnered with LSAV POWERHOUSE to execute a high-profile, multi-day event surrounding the 2024 Zurich Golf Classic, hosted at the historic Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans. This annual gathering brings together Zurich’s top partners, clients, and thought leaders for a series of business sessions, social events, and branded activations—culminating in one of the PGA TOUR’s most anticipated tournaments.
A centerpiece of this year’s programming was Executive Women’s Day (EWD), a dedicated event aimed at celebrating leadership, inclusion, and professional growth for women within Zurich’s network. Across all elements of the Classic, Zurich required a seamless production experience that fused elegance, technical excellence, and immersive brand storytelling.
LSAV POWERHOUSE provided full-scale production services for the entire Zurich Golf Classic event series, managing all aspects from creative scenic design to complex AV execution and logistics.
Scenic & Creative Design:
Our team designed and built a cohesive scenic environment that carried Zurich’s brand throughout every room and session. This included custom stage facades, branded lecterns, LED-lit scenic elements, lush ivy walls, brushed metal signage, and AstroTurf-wrapped thrust stages. Every detail—from planter boxes to backdrop panels—was selected to blend refinement with a modern, engaging aesthetic.
AV & Technical Production:
To ensure all sessions—whether business panels, keynote addresses, or networking receptions—ran smoothly, LSAV installed a robust technical infrastructure. We utilized 4K Barco projection systems, multi-camera HD recording, advanced lighting rigs, and full-scale audio setups tailored to each space. Every microphone, screen, and playback system were calibrated to ensure pristine performance for in-room and remote attendees alike.
Executive Women’s Day Spotlight:
Held in the Crescent City Ballroom, Executive Women’s Day featured a visually striking and welcoming atmosphere. We delivered a custom scenic backdrop, comfortable club-style seating, and a large rear-projection screen for dynamic presentations. The technical team supported a full show flow of keynotes, panels, and Q&A sessions—each meticulously show-called to maintain energy and engagement throughout.
Event Logistics & Labor:
With over 50 crew roles filled across four production days, LSAV handled every logistical challenge, including union labor coordination, venue access management, trucking and freight delivery, TSA-clearance for gear, and secure crew lodging and transport. Despite the scale and complexity, all build, tech rehearsals, and strike were completed on time and within budget.
Stagecast Live Content Hub:
To elevate the digital dimension, LSAV deployed Stagecast’s V-Mix Pro system for live content mixing and streaming, allowing Zurich to deliver professional-grade visuals to remote stakeholders and ensure consistent branding across platforms.
