As United Airlines’ exclusive production partner, it’s our job to help their events fly high and inspire. At the 2022 Worldwide Commercial Conference, 6 divisions and 1000+ executives came together to set their strategic course for the next fiscal year and celebrate recent successes. LSAV was charged with creating all staging and presentation visuals, along with onsite highlight videos–which meant we were in the thick of the action, capturing unique moments only possible in New Orleans.
Our goal was also to provide a seamless event experience for attendees after 2+ years of remote meetings, by creating the event website and app, handling onsite check-in and attendee collateral such as name badges and welcome materials, and developing all wayfinding signage to ensure easy navigation. Once check-in was complete, our staging and technical services team hit the ground running, producing multiple concurrent general sessions and 62 breakout meetings over the course of 4 days. The highlight event was a corporate social responsibility activity for all attendees, where United donated 100,000+ meals to the local community, packing 20,000 meals every 15 minutes.
