After two years of virtual conferences, LSAV was back in-person with AWHONN for their 2022 conference in Aurora, CO. The Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses wanted a hybrid format, allowing participation by medical professionals around the country and requiring not only live-streamed sessions, but on-demand content. LSAV’s tech team provided support to 50+ continuing education sessions over the course of the 5-day conference, which reached 2000+ attendees.   

The theme of this year’s convention was “Global Perspectives in Healthcare,” and the challenge presented to our scenic team was to create a general session room design that was not only eye-catching for those attending in-person, but offered an engaging experience for those watching at home. Our team delivered an excellent program through carefully coordinated work between our production and webcasting teams, crafting a livestream optimized for at-home viewing.
